If you are using the MediaHint DNS setup on your device and when you try to go to a channel (such as netflix.com or abc.com) you are redirected to the MediaHint.com homepage, there are 2 possible issues.
1: You are not using an active MediaHint account. Your trial may have expired and you have not selected a paid subscription or your payment may have not renewed properly. Please check your account settings at https://mediahint.com/account.
2: You have not activated your public IP address in your accounts settings yet. You must add and activate your current IP so we may verify your account with your device. Please go to https://mediahint.com/account/dns to activate your current location IP.
