When submitting a ticket, please try to include as much of the following information as you can:
- A screenshot of the following page: https://mediahint.com/debug
- Which version of the MediaHint installation are you using are you having trouble with – ie: Chrome or Firefox browser extension, Windows application or DNS configuration
- What device are you using MediaHint on – ie: laptop/desktop, iPad, Android, tablet, phone, smart TV, Apple TV, gaming system, router, etc.
- Your Operating System (if computer): Windows, Mac or Linux
- A Screenshot of the problem if applicable.
- A brief description of the problem, and steps to recreate
- Which website(s) are you having problems with
